I have rarely seen anything in the literature that distinguishes between the different conflicts. I believe, as does the author of this presser, that different conflicts present different moral dilemmas. However, this hospice provider takes it to the next level and addresses another troubling aspect of the literature which is the complete lack of veterans’ voices:
